Class One
Meditation Fundamentals
(prerequisite class for all meditation classes)
This 60-minute session is designed for all clients and is offered in-person or via video chat with a recording of the session. You must take this class if want to attend any of the other mediation series.
At the very start of your first session, I will introduce you to the origins, purpose, benefits, and mechanics of Primordial Sound Meditation as well as the science behind the technique. We will spend some time getting comfortable with the structure and you will be able to ask questions before beginning. This is your first step into self-care and wellness. This is what drew you here- intuition.
Very often people think meditation is something to get through or experience whilst having no thoughts. Don’t panic! I’ve got you. We will have a very clear chat on what to expect, what you might experience, and how to apply these lessons to everyday life.
Class Two
Receive Your Mantra
This 60-minute ceremony and meditation session is offered in-person or via video chat with a recording of the session. It is designed for returning clients who want to receive their personal Primordial Sound Mantra.
After the first session, you will have started to make adjustments and amendments to your current meditation practice. It’s one thing to “so hum” your way on the path and quite another to have a completely personal, vedic astrological calculation- the primordial sound mantra, presented to you based on when and where you were born. This is your personal guide and connection to Source.
During this class, you will be part of a ceremony where your mantra is presented to you and you will have the timespace to sit with your meditation instructor and practice using it for the first time.
Class Three
Higher States of Consciousness
This 60-minute session is offered in-person or via video chat with a recording of the session.
After a second session, we can dig much deeper into the interpretation of your experiences meditating, and how we interpret higher states of consciousness. We can identify the unique language of having these very real experiences and share what you might experience in these various states. In fact, there are seven states of consciousness we can experience as human beings. There are not too many people who can share this conversation with the knowledge and experience to put into language the experience of the intangible.
Most people live in a waking or sleeping mode and are ok with that. The inner wisdom of your spirit knows there is more. When I first started meditation and got my first experience of the 4th state of consciousness, I got up off my cushion and walked away. Some of you may find yourself accepting of how easy it is to slip into a state of bliss; that’s just your soul’s design. Others may find they need more guidance to delve into the space of your soul. We may also continue to build upon elements that we did not explore in previous sessions.
Class Four
Ritualizing Your Self-Care
This 90-minute session is offered in-person or via video chat with a recording of the session.
These sessions are an untethered exploration of all of the lessons you have learned and the knowledge that you have gained in lessons 1-3. I will share the details of an Ayurvedic lifestyle, of which meditation comprises a major portion, and we will explore which self-care rituals you are ready to implement into your daily, weekly, and monthly schedule. I can hold you accountable in future sessions in The Return and I can continue mentoring you on this lifestyle path until you feel comfortable enough to lead the way.
We will explore a connection to your own greatest potential. This is a mentor-guided analysis of your intuition and how to best listen to your own inner intelligence to curate a life you lead on purpose.
Class Five
The Return
This 60-minute session is offered in-person or via video chat with a recording of the session.
We are not taught how to care for ourselves as a societal norm. Yes, some of us are taught some basics, personal hygiene, basic nutrition, and maybe how to make friends. If you are lucky you had parents who taught you how to deal with your emotions. Most of us have been hurled into this world coming face to face with trauma on a consistent basis. We step from relationship to relationship, whether romantic or interpersonal as if we were throwing darts in the dark.
This class is designed for those who have taken the meditation curriculum and have now experienced the cosmic synergy of being on the same wave with the Universe. Synchronicity is commonplace for you now. But what to do with it?
Let’s see what it looks like when the Universe winks at you, and you wink back.
