In this class, you will learn a few breathing techniques. Come as you are. Pranayama sets our bodies up to increase immune system robustness, reduce stress levels, come out of a chronic state of inflammation, increase anti-aging hormones, contribute to restful sleep, help with digestion, and increase mental clarity.
